Our Organization

CounterPoint is an organization formed by men whose hearts were awakened to an understanding of God’s amazing Grace and Love.  After years of looking like the average ‘Sunday Steve’ (as seen by others), these men acknowledged and confronted the hidden wounds, fears, doubts, and addictions that plagued their heart.   The life of the “Poser” came crumbling down with the newly understood knowledge that God sees our heart, God knows our weakness in the flesh, and God chooses to accept us and love us anyway.

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.  Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.  Rom 5:6-8

No longer do these men live under the specter that says, God is good, You are Bad, Try Harder. They had rejected the lie of religion and embraced God’s Grace and Love.

CounterPoint serves as the nonprofit ministry organization behind the mission. It is registered as a nonprofit corporation in the state of Missouri and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 corporation.

While the leaders of CounterPoint work “day jobs” to support their households, there is a modicum of expense required for this ministry effort to continue.   Should you wish to financially support CounterPoint your tax-deductible contributions can be made via PayPal or by regular mail.
