The Organization

Coun­ter­Point is an orga­ni­za­tion for­med by men whose hearts were awa­ke­ned to an unders­tan­ding of God’s ama­zing Grace and Love.  After years of loo­king like the ave­rage ‘Sun­day Steve’ (as seen by others), these men ack­now­led­ged and con­fron­ted the hid­den wounds, fears, doubts, and addic­tions that pla­gued their heart.   The life of the “Poser” came crum­bling down with the newly unders­tood know­ledge that God sees our heart, God knows our weak­ness in the flesh, and God choo­ses to accept us and love us anyway.

You see, at just the right time, when we were still power­less, Christ died for the ungodly.  Very rarely will anyone die for a righ­teous man, though for a good man someone might pos­sibly dare to die. But God demons­tra­tes his own love for us in this: While we were still sin­ners, Christ died for us.  Rom 5:6–8

No lon­ger do these men live under the spec­ter that says, God is good, You are Bad, Try Har­der. They had rejec­ted the lie of reli­gion and embra­ced God’s Grace and Love.

Coun­ter­Point ser­ves as the non­pro­fit ministry orga­ni­za­tion behind the mis­sion. It is regis­te­red as a non­pro­fit cor­po­ra­tion in the state of Mis­souri and recog­ni­zed by the IRS as a 501©3 corporation.

While the lea­ders of Coun­ter­Point work “day jobs” to sup­port their hou­seholds, there is a modi­cum of expense requi­red for this ministry effort to con­ti­nue.   Should you wish to finan­cially sup­port Coun­ter­Point your tax-deductible con­tri­bu­tions can be made via Pay­Pal or by regu­lar mail.
